The Audacity Raid Manager is a calendar based raid scheduler. This new raid manager will give Raid Leaders a better perspective on raid participation and group make up, allowing them to organize participant roles to better suit the instance content.

From the Audacity Raid Manager you can view all past, present and future raids that Audacity has scheduled including a history of those raids you have attended. There is also an "Events" block located on the right hand side of the main Audacity website. This block will show future raids and their current participation/status with click-able links taking you right to that raids details.

• Remember to check the Audacity Raid Manager prior to attending the raid so that you know which role you will be filling and any details or strategies that may have been added to the raid description.

• If replacements are needed during the raid, participants in the raid queue for the required role will be chosen based on class needs. Even though you may not start the raid, you may be pulled from the bench if you are online at the time.

Instructions for signing up for a guild raid:

NOTE: You must be logged in to the Audacity site prior to visiting the calendar!

1. You will need to add your characters to the Audacity Raid Manager on your first visit. Mouse over "Create" in the menu options above.
2. Select the "Character" option from the drop down menu.
3. Fill in information about your character such as name, level and other details. Please fill in as much as you can.
4. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to save your information. You can add more than one character to the Audacity Raid Manager if you plan on using them in future raids. (Raid Ready Alts ONLY)
5. Click on the "Home" menu option above to return to the Raid Calendar. From here you can view all scheduled raids and sign up for those you would like to participate in by clicking on the pencil sign up icon to the right of the raid icon.
6. Once you click the sign up icon, a new window will open from which you can select the character you would like to participate in the raid with and which role you will be performing during the raid. There is also a "Comments" field where you can place comments about the raid or your availability throughout the raid.
7. Click the "Submit" button to add your character to the raid.

NOTE: It is at the discretion of the Raid Leader to change your role in the raid if he/she feels that your character would benefit the raid in another role.
